Warranty
The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase. To exercise the warranty on your product, you must have the purchase receipt or the order number for your product.
The warranty covers any failure that may arise during the use of the product due to manufacturing defects.
In this case, we will repair the unit or send you a new unit.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or handling of the product other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. In such cases, the consumer must be responsible for its repair. The following are therefore excluded from the warranty:
- Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with Hiperstork's instructions
- Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by Hiperstork, as well as products that are the subject of a specific support contract.
