Shipping is free for orders over €29.95
All orders are processed within the first 24 to 48 business hours.
In this sense, the delivery time depends on the date on which you make the payment.
You will receive your tracking number within a maximum of 24 hours.
Delivery times vary by location, between 5 and 7 business days.
Delivery time to islands and remote areas of the peninsula is longer than mentioned above, it can take between 15 and 30 days.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS
At Hiperstork , we have several shipping options, although we always send orders through courier companies. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the selected delivery time and the purchase amount.
Whenever you place an order at Hiperstork, we will inform you by email when we have proceeded with the shipment. In addition, we monitor the delivery and will contact you if there is any problem. That is why we ask you to provide us with a telephone number during the ordering process.
DELIVERY TIME AND DAY
Please note that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays, nor, of course, on Sundays or public holidays. Also, when we give you approximate delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; we only consider national and local holidays at the origin.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Transport companies may make the delivery during the agreed day before 20:00. If you cannot be reached, the transport company will attempt a second delivery. If the second delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to our facilities. We advise you to contact the transport company to resolve the issue.
ORDERS NOT DELIVERED
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer will again have to pay other shipping costs for the reshipment of the merchandise.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEADLINES AND CARRIER
Delivery times are indicative and cannot be taken as a guarantee, although we generally fulfil 90% of orders. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to change the transport company with which we will send the package.
Hiperstork 's liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather conditions that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air, restrictions on mobility, etc.). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.
