Refund Policy

You have the right to return the product within fourteen days without giving a reason for revoking the contract. The period for returning the product is 14 days after receiving it. To make a return due to withdrawal, it is absolutely necessary that you notify us of your desire before the return period expires, that the item has not been previously used and that you send the package together with the completed withdrawal form to the address indicated on it.

Effects for the return:

If you make a return, we will refund the full cost of the product, excluding the cost of reshipping. The refund will also be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

We will use the same payment method as the original transaction to refund the amount, unless we are unable to do so; in this case, we will charge the costs incurred. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until it has been proven that you have returned the goods.

You must return the products immediately after you have informed us of your wish to return them, always within the 14-day period from receipt of the product. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
